healthy fruits

If you really want to go far in life, you must learn to consider your health first.

Living a healthy life involves knowing your body, what your body wants, what it hates and how to balance things up. If you’re not healthy, it will be very difficult to achieve your goals. No matter how poor you’re today, please take good care of your body so that you can enjoy your money when it finally arrives.

One thing is very sure: if you work very hard and pray often, you will be very great in life. But I’m sure you don’t want to spend all your wealth in hospital bills.
And instead of Enjoying the blessings of God upon your life, you are struggling to remain alive.

FRUITS: your body needs a whole lot of fruits to function optimally. Take One Apple 🍎 a day, Orange 🍊 and pawpaw (papaya) are very good sources of vitamin C. Water melon 🍉 , Carrot, Avocado and others healthy living fruits are also very good for your body.

VEGETABLES: green vegetables are very good for your body, cucumber, pumpkin leaf and all the rest. Eat lots of green vegetables, you can’t go wrong with it.

WATER: Water is very important, drink lots of water; first thing in the morning, during the day and drink less at night.

REST: give yourself some rest, or do you want to die before your time? I know the economy is too bad, and the fact that you want to put food on the table for the family and do other stuffs.

But your body says it needs rest to continue sustaining you to achieving your goals, and you just have to do it. The truth Is that if you fail to grant your body rest as at when it needs it, the body will get it by force and that comes with a huge price. You need to also;

EXERCISE: go out for road work/walk early morning, hit the Gym or do light exercise in your living room or compound. But please before you engage in any hard form of exercise, its advisable to know your health status (Cardiovascular and Bone Health)

SUPPLEMENTS: you need some rich, healthy natural supplements to cover up for the lacking vitamins and minerals.

general body checkup

TEST: you need to run a general body checkup at least once a year (but if you’re above 35years you need more than once) to know your health status. This is very important ( you can contact me for this).

During the test you will know the status of your CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM, BRAIN NERVE, IMMUNE SYSTEM, LIVER FUNCTION and other vital organ and body systems.

ALCOHOL: your body says “No” to too much of alcohol, so if you can’t control your alcohol consumption, keep off.

SMOKING: quit smoking and if you are not smoking, please stay away from it. The manufacturers say, “TOBACCO SMOKERS ARE LIABLE TO DIE YOUNG”, so why are you playing okoroso with your life?

DRUG/SUBSTANCE ABUSE: stay away from hard drugs and other harmful substance. Codeine, Evostic, Weed, Cocaine, Nicotine, etc.

PESTICIDES/INSECTICIDES: these things are destroying our cells without we knowing it. After fumigation, allow enough time before going into the house. And please do not light mosquitoe coil inside the house and go to bed, it is very dangerous.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RAYS: your phone, your laptop, television… should not be always very close to you. Keep them far and turn off the radio network (data/WiFi) before you go to bed.
